UPDATE***---I was informed that this was a WHI solutions problem internally, I contacted them and they informed me that a fix was in the works. I just tried the function again and it is now working. Just an friendly FYI

Anyone else having trouble with the part search function of their NEXPART catalogs this morning? I am trying to discern if it is a problem with my system or a NEXPART wide issue. All searches are coming up as "No parts found" The A to Z Parts catalogue works but there is no way to do a direct search...

Same thing happened to me on my host, and both my workstations. I had to restart the computers and re-download the update 2 or 3 times before it actually took. But it did, eventually, work.
