Re: Manager SE 9.1 Job View release

I have found with #1 on my list that if I drag and drop the different jobs to a new order it does separate them. Not exactly a fix but better then retyping the jobs.

Re: Manager SE 9.1 Job View release

I would also like that change! While were at it I have a couple other issues/bugs with the update. 1. When you add multiple revisions it puts them all under the same job. 2. I don't like how it auto fills the job title in on non canned jobs. Wouldn't be bad if it was just a couple words but it fills...

Re: Not sharing Invoice

So it seems to not be working for just one customer? Not sure what's up but can deal with that. Is there a way to text multiple revisions at once? We use the revisions tabs to create multiple estimates for a car after we look at it. And its very clunky to send the customer 3 text each with a differe...

Re: Not sharing Invoice

We are having the same issue again today. What did you do to resolve it? Tried restarting Mitchell and the computer with no luck!

Auto Add DVI to Order

Is there a way to auto add a DVI to every order? Or include it with a canned job? Would be nice to add an oil change to a ticket and it loads the DVI to it also. Also a way to add a labor time to each DVI?

Re: Link PO to Customer

We use revisions to order parts ahead of time for jobs.... normal process is to open est from schedule, transfer rev and order parts... In this case customer had car in shop and we couldn't get tires same day so she picked car up and then called next day to order the tires... so I ordered them from ...

Link PO to Customer

Is there a way to link POs to a customer? Real world example - We ordered a tire in a revision with no open repair order/estimate. Forgot to put customer name in PO (our fault and clearly where the problem is). On the PO is shows what estimate # the PO goes to. But if there is no estimate started it...

DVI on computer

Is there a windows based version? So the tech can complete the inspection on his computer rather then a tablet?

One last question.... Is there anyway to have the sample inspections not show up on the tablet?

Will I run into any problems down the road if I'm posting the invoices with incomplete DVIs?

Re: 100% complete

Yes added section labeled notes.... the problem is there isn't always a note to be added... I like the note at the bottom of each section that way if something in the section fails the note is with it instead of on a second piece of paper.... example: tech checks the red box for power steering he ca...

100% complete

We have our inspections set up so there is a note section at the bottom of each group. But if the tech does not write something there it never shows the inspection as complete. Is there any way around this other then just typing a space or letter there? I like the note at the bottom of the group bec...

Un check "Print on Order"

Is there any way to permanently un check "Print on order" for notes? We use the note section in the Scheduler and it transfers to orders automatically. I like that part. What I don't like is that it then prints on the invoice, unless I "un check" it. So every invoice I have to remember to un check i...

Avg RO per Tech

I am looking for a report that will show number of cars worked on, total dollar amount [broke down parts and labor a plus} and average RO per tech..... think Posted Order report but per tech. Does such a thing exist? Anyone else compiling such a report in Excel and if so what reports are you running...
