I figure if they last a year, that is a decent deal for the customer. I can offer what we do on carry out transmissions. I obtain the "donor" information at time of drop off with customer info. I imagine you will have to enter it in yours like I do but we are not a big truck shop.

Well I can say we had an issue with external connector on one of these. But jumping to conclusions will not support customer confidence. Check for codes and post them, if any, and I will respond.
