UPGRADED! Says not activated?
I was on phone with tech support downloading Mitchell Se to new comp for 2 hours last night after we were done and I moved new comp to location set everything up and went to new it now says no activation and will not pull up anything in the window when I go to activate. Can anyone please help to see...

REPLACED throttle pedal assy.....drove a few days did fine then customer picks it up drives it over the weekend calls Monday with same problem and same code....repeat again and its back again......2 tow bills later
still with same code and wont go over 2000 rpm.

With further research found head cracked between rocker shaft and spark plug hole on top of head....head shop we use Allied Cylinder Heads out of Atlanta, Ga says this is a common problem with these 2.2 engines.

Thanks for your quick response....Yes level increase and dipstick very milky.... they were questioning if the water pump could leak into there cause it runs off the timing chain before they started tearing it down....just trying to see if anyone else has ran into this problem.

Yeah. The TSB came out last year, so I'm guessing that this condition develops over time. I don't buy it. Sounds like a cop-out to me. I agree cause I see so many people with this problem now that we have one sitting here and started reading and no one has a correct answer for it...NO ONE....very f...

Customer states if this is normal it should have been like this from day one lol......It has just started this....you can barely turn the steering at a idle and I follow you on the tsb and I have read online others having this problem but its hard to believe that the tsb states normal but it hasn't ...

2006 GMC 3500 6.6..HARD TO STEER @ IDLE
2006 GMC 3500 6.6 we have replaced power steering pump and gear box. At a idle it is hard to turn but once you rev it up it turns fine and there is no sign of leaks anywhere. Any help would be appreciated....thank you!

Yayyyyyy.....fixed!!!! It was teeth off on balancer....replaced balancer and fired right up. When timing belt broke it spun ring on balancer.

Timing has been checked multiple times due to that's what it seems to act like timing is off but its dead up and right to the mark.

Cam looks good not cracked or broke....when i try to crank it holding gas pedal to floor it hits hard strokes and when it tries to crank it backfires through intake.

Does have good fuel pressure and have already dropped exhaust but I did find a code on scanner under GEM/CTM that was B1359 Ign. run/accessory circuit malfunction but can not find any info on that code. Also we put new fuel in tank. It has 65 psi of fuel pressure. The customer said he bought the veh...

Unplug the 02's and see what happens. Another thing is this is one of the trucks that ate converters. You may have severe back pressure causing the cylinder misfire. Get under it and hit the converter with a mallet and see if it rattles. The sudden drop out makes me feel the honey comb has spun aro...

We have a 2002 Chevy 1500 with a 5.3...the vehicle came in with a rough idle and skip and code P0300b and customer stated vehicle just went from running fine to acting the fool....it showed misfire on about 6 cylinders....we did a complete tune-up and now at 1500 rpms it only shows misfire on 1,2,4 ...
