Scheduler E-Mail Address
When will we be able to enter in an Email address when scheduling a new customer on the scheduler. We can enter ALL of the other information, i.e. Name, Address, Phone Number. It would be helpful for those of us that use Mitchell CRM to be able to enter the customers Email address at this time.

I'm interested in sending out Follow Up Postcards for recommended work. When I choose the standard postcards or the custom postcards, the recommended service work, i.e. brakes, tires..., will not show up on the postcard. I've found that the postcard instead of the letter tends to get more response. ...

I currently offer a spiff program to my techs. For example, batteries sold in November qualify for a spiff ($). Is there a report that will allow me to see how many batteries were sold during a specific time period?
