I must be blind. I can see the service writer when you have done an estimate / sold a estimate in small writing in the lower box. I can not find the technician name anywhere on the invoice. I was wondering how I can have the service writer and technician names listed on the invoice when printed. I know its something simple but I can't figure it out. HELP!

I think that another good option is being able to seperate each technician for the scheduled day. Basically meaning each employee would be grouped in their own section with timing. My old system was set up to where you could make this happen and it made life scheduling faster. Overall by doing this ...
