Re: Part sales by Category Report
Hi Guys, We've been looking for a report that would allow us to see what parts with part #s were sold in a specific time period by category. Does this report exist? is it something that can be added or created? Thanks! I looked at reports in Mitchell again and found one that might help you. Have yo...

Re: Part sales by Category Report
Thank you for the input. We don't have either of those. Disappointing. I hope Mitchell will include more reports in future releases.

Curious if there has been any forward momentum in this estimate without part numbers report yet?
Thank you,

Re: Estimate
I understand but this is important. Would be nice if it was simply added to m1files or m1faqs to speed things along. There used to be one on there that worked with older versions, I loaded it on just to get by. However its lost again.
But, thank you for your help. =)

Any idea when that update may come out? I've been waiting so long for this since it's been lost....

Re: Poor Wiring Diagram Printing Quality?
The good news is it's finally fixed. I rolled back to IE8, installed the SVG viewer and added the registry key. All from the managerfiles site. Reboot, accept the legal garbage see the diagram and print it. Now it can be seen. Followed IE9 removal from Microsoft website : http://windows.microsoft.co...

Re: Poor Wiring Diagram Printing Quality?
Great Tim. Thanks.
Now I tried that idea and when I launch the installer it says "Internet Explorer 8 is not supported on this operating system"
Anyone have any other ideas?

Re: Poor Wiring Diagram Printing Quality?
Tim, When we were at the seminar we were told that we would be wise to update to windows 7 for the new system, that's what we did. Spent $2000.00 on a new i7 laptop to support all of this. We're running Windows 7 Ultimate, Service Pack 1 64 bit. How do we go back to IE 8? And do you know when the co...

Re: Poor Wiring Diagram Printing Quality?
Tim, they are not enabled. The diagrams are in color. I printed one, then scanned it in so you could see the quality. Here is the current setting and what it's set to. Let me know if there is anything else I can try. The owner is furious! Thank you for your input. http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/...

Re: Poor Wiring Diagram Printing Quality?
Instead of jumping down my throat, let's examine this issue. When I am in Mitchell manager version 6.4.70 and go to look at repair as the program is now incorporated with the two, I look up a 2004 Honda Accord EX 3.0L and go to repair to look up a wiring diagram (click repair, go to repair, electric...

Re: Access Denied / Errors on Web Page - Ondemand5 repair
Tim, this is what happens. I turn on the PC in the AM. Windows xp pro loads. Then I open IE8, go to ondemand5.com, click log in, and boom there comes the double screen. The computer in the shop is a stand alone. No Manager installed. Sometimes I get the first look up to work but the rest does not. L...

Re: Access Denied / Errors on Web Page - Ondemand5 repair
Tim,
Just to make sure I have tried that, problem still exists. Again if I clean the cache and temp files it will work once and only once. Any other suggestions? Starting to pull my hair out.

Access Denied / Errors on Web Page - Ondemand5 repair
Hi Everyone, I'm having this issue when logging into ondemand 5. I'm running windows XP with IE 8. I've cleared the cache and temporary files. It will load up correctly once, the next time I will have this come up: Cannot select vehicles, it shows up as a double screen across the top. (Click picture...
