I called software support and showed them what's going on.

My system is not displaying the info on either computer is the problem.

They are troubleshooting it to figure out why. I'll let you know what they find/do when they are done.

I don't know how to do a print screen so that it shows up here. But what I see, is most of the time not what you are displaying on your answers. Case in point again. 2006 toyota highlander. I just did a select all and copied the entire screen. What I see is not consistent unless I look over and over...

I went in through the extreme mileage option under the maintenance tab on the left hand side of the screen. Not through the Indicator, Service A, etc

It starts to show more information but it doesn't continue to display it....
