I've tried hitting Control F10 after opening the invoice in the customer's history but nothing is happening. No windows are opening.

Shop supplies is set up as 3% of parts and labor with a minimum of $2.08 and caps at $38.92. Shop supplies is taxable.

Hazmat is set up as 1% of labor only. Minimum of $1.07 and caps out at $6.58. Hazmat is NOT taxable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To come to $20.17, that means Mitchell is taxing $336.17 and I'm not sure how to arrive at that total.

Bringing this back up. Is there a report out there that can show the cost and sales of each GL category that we have set up?

Seems relatively simple to generate since we already input the cost and the sale price on each part line.

I'll jump in... You're going to want to use Packages for that. Packages allow for one set price and will allow for parts to be added that will come out of inventory while remaining anonymous regarding pricing.
