After scheduling Memorial Day as closed 7am-5pm and nothing shows up in the Calendar week/date view. Do you have to choose full day for something to show?

When we enter Holidays in the Scheduler everything seems to work meaning we can see the day/date in the list however nothing appears to be enter in the actual Schedule. Ex.
