Re: Time Manager - Manager SE 8.4 Release
Concern we have about this program, if using the shift time tracking, can the employee log in when not on the premises? If using their phone, can they download a picture of the QR code and use that to log in from anywhere? Also, how easy is it to make a correction if the employee forgot to login/log...

Re: Update to 7.2.x
Found this thread while looking into how to install the update since I've had a "coming soon" screen since July. Is the update available, and is it automatic?

NSF Check Handling
Today's search is how to handle a bounced check in the system. bad check bounced check nsf check As these these things come up, I need to know how to process these non-standard transactions. For these transactions that don't come up often, I want to create a "How To" book for each of our shops. This...

Help With Discount Coupons
The day I posted this frustration filled post was how to apply a discount/coupon. No directions on how to create the coupon. For these transactions that don't come up often, I want to create a "How To" book for each of our shops. This way everyone does it the same, however, if I can't find out how t...

Merging Duplicate Inventory Part Numbers?
For various reasons I have duplicate part numbers on the inventory list. How can I combine the two numbers into one?
This seems so basic, but I don't find an answer anywhere for it.

Re: CORES?
Sorry I am of no help. I do not use that portion. I just make sure I return cores and leave them out of the management system it just works for me so why change. Most of the time the vendor bill goes on a clip board until the core credit is given and the two invoices are stapled and don. I have an ...

Re: Accounting Link Demo Page
Tim, Do you know if I have to set up the transfer of payables? I pay for everything I buy on the spot so the transfer of all those OP's would create a lot of extra work for me. You cannot pay on the spot. The transfer happens after hours, so if your vendor is standing in front of you, you can't pay...

Re: Accounting Link Questions
We just started using the old integrating system and are fine tweaking for it to work for us. How long will we be able to use the old system? In speaking with someone at Accounting Link, they make no links for inventory transfer. When will they correct this?? We have a retail store also!! I'm gettin...

Re: WIP list is out of control
In Manager, you'd receive the payment to clear the charge and keep the records straight. You'd also do the same in QB, depending on your process. Personally, I don't track any receivables in QB. I do it ALL in Manager, but that's a personal choice. How do you do your deposits and reconciliation of ...

Re: WIP list is out of control
Another cause of the WIP list being so long is invoices that I am waiting for payment. Some companies pay once a month. I have to send them a statement from QuickBooks, and I wait for their check with multiple invoices listed in the WIP screen. Is there anything that can be done with these? Post yo...

Special Order?? Who, what, why, where, when......
What is the normal instance that this would be used?
Does it effect open PO's?
Does it effect sync with QuickBooks?

If this is a quote you may want in the future, copy it and put it into a revision. Then delete the estimate.

It would be nice to turn the RO into invoice, but I can't get the shop supplies and haz mat fees to zero out. I would be writing off the balance due.
How do you delete the quotes??
