Customer Report With Name & Address

I am looking for a report that has the customer name and address for doing Christmas cards. A certain date range would be nice. It would be nice if it didn't include all the vehicles. Is there a report like this?? I have 5.9.5.250

Sorry we missed this earlier. Do you want a list or to print the actual labels? You can do either one; if you want a date range that can be applied by building a query in Followup tabs.

So how do I get the report with the name and address. It wouldn't have to go to labels, as long as I can get the list! With name and address.

Manager 5.9 - Print customer list with addresses + date range:

Step 1: Reports - Followup tab (pick any we just need access to the tools)

Step 2: History tab - set your Date Range and click Search to build the list

Step 3: View List - click on Print

Step 4: Printing Reports - select Print Labels (don't actually pick Customer List or you'll get work summaries too) then click on Print:

Step 5: Print Preview - print to paper OR to labels if you have them

Thank you for the info. I was thinking the report would have pulled the list to the screen, but I see when you print to label, it shows everyone. This will work for what I need thank you again.

Your Reports printing selector determines screen preview or direct to printer:

Yep, I worded that wrong, I do have it set to print to screen, I didn't want to hit print and have it printing out 400 pages. I knew there should be a way, I just was nervous to hit that print button. Thanks again.
