Limit WIP to Tech or User View?

There is no internal messaging service within SE. The only internal messaging would be through Bolt on currenlty.

8.5.0.90 When setting up a new user and rearranging the WIP screen, the settings don't save so each time you leave the WIP screen and go back, the screen is reset. How do you save the screen once you have rearranged it? Have never had to do this before with previous versions. I have even tried to drag and drop columns into the column tab without success.
