Hello! Please forgive me if this has already been mentioned somewhere else, I did a search but none of the threads that opened really had anything to do with this specific enhancement suggestion. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned it first if no one else truly has...but anyway.

We would love, love, LOVE if you could take a glance at the order screen and visibly SEE the client reported symptoms somewhere instead of clicking through the labor lines opening the labor windows and clicking the symptoms button. It seems like a lot of excess clicking and trying to figure out which line you even wrote them on for office folk and techs that are constantly needing to look at the client reported symptoms throughout the repair process.

Anyway I figure we can't possibly be the only ones that would like to see this maybe change in the future if its plausible enough. I don't want this to come off as complaining though, we love you Mitchell Team!

While on the Order tab, if you click on the Symptom button, then on View Symptoms On Order, you'll get ALL the symptoms listed for you. Only 2 clicks.

Thanks for the answer Ric! We actually use that trick as well, but we'd still love to see them visible at a glance on the order screen. I navigate through Mitchell very quickly myself so I don't personally mind a little extra clicking but the boss man complains about this particular issue at LEAST once a day. I told him I'd get on here and look and see if anyone else felt the same way or make a post if not.
