The gremlin is adding ghost customers when he is looking up a current customer. I am finding last name only accounts (many). When the pop up comes "do you want to ad new customer" he does not read. He just clicks yes. I found a few created while I was at work shop.

Is there a report I can run to find all customers with no first name?

Thinking Reports -> Followup -> MM query to create CSV file then sort on First name; all the blanks should float to the top.
