Just wanted to see if the CRM appointment scheduling can be integrated with the our management schedule. I currently made an appointment to take my ASE test and noticed that they tell you what slots are available to schedule and thought that it would be convenient to do the same with us.
I know its lazy, but im in Los Angeles and we are fast paced so customers like to be fully on-line integrated. What do you guys think???

Re: Scheduling and CRM Idea
Technically I'm sure it's possible, but I'm hesitant on the idea. Having a human (your SA) involved gives much more flexibility. Leftover work is difficult to account for and your SA can intervene when there is a conflict. I'll admit I've thought of this feature as well.
