Hi, I run a store with a special " 50% off all brake pads and shoes"...problem..Mitchell1 does not allow you to place a coupon on "just one part"...is there anyway we could create something? If you could not only would it help us... it would also attract other company's such as Meineke, Monrow to use Mitchell1 that also use the same brake special offer
Thanks for all the help!

Thanks for posting; I moved this to Tips & Ideas area for more shop responses.
Today the limit is one coupon per order as it is $ or % of total order dollars, not the item(s).

Yes, there is.
You can manually calculate the discount and add it here.........

a fixed dollar amount based on your manual calculation placed under the parts category.

Hello, yes I completely understand the whole (parts/labor coupon) but we need it to do individual parts so that the invoice shows 50% off the "part only" It's also helps us to warrantee just the "one part"....and split the cost of the one part in half

The 'individual parts' component is the manual calculation I described above. Once the discount is on the order, you can open and edit the wording so it more accurately reflects want you want.

You asked if there was any way. It might not be ideal, but it's something you CAN do today.
As Tim said, the limit is one discount per order and percentage is of the total, but by using the 'dollar discount' radio button, we give the illusion of a part item discount. It's likely the closest you'll get until the programming changes.
