Is there a way to have a customer have 2 emails. The husband and wife both want to get the email updates.

Yes. Enter them separated by semicolon.

What about email per vehicle. I have a fleet company and the individuals want the reminders on their vehicles. Also to go along with the 2 emails how does it differentiate which vehicle driver gets the email?

Short of creating additional customer records (you wouldn't do that), there is no way to differentiate email address (any contact method) per vehicle at this time.

Please know that we have been discussing ways to enhance the way customers/vehicles & contact methods work.
