Check Profit Margins By Customer by Year
We've got a few fleet accounts and we're wondering if it's worth it to continue servicing them. Is there a way to check profit margin by customer for the past year?

Re: Check Profit Margins By Customer by Year
This is an excellent idea and goes along with my request for a profit snapshot on the customer tab just like the vehicle snapshot. I don't think there are *any* profit per customer reports at this time. There are customer spending reports, but that has little to do with profit.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
Your field representative has a body of knowledge to install and train the program, this forum is going to have more detailed user experiences to draw from. We have been doing the forum for over 10 years (50,000 posts and probably 80,000 posts if we kept every single thing) and that's a lot of input. It may be that some variation of this concept has been discussed before, I cannot say off the top of my head.
There is a Search tool above that is handy with keywords to find related discussions.
