We currently pre-print additional terms and conditions that do not fit on our ROs, Estimates, Invoices, etc., on one side of a blank ream of paper. We then reinsert the printed paper in the printer a certain way such that TeamWorks ends up printing on the other side. With the ability to select different printers for different Reports in a previous update of TeamWorks (thank you for that!), this has been sufficient for us. However, we are progressively moving toward being paperless and thus we've begun using the email function more and more, especially with the introduction of SocialCRM into our shop.
Having said that, when I email a copy of an estimate, RO, or Invoice to a customer, it doesn't include our additional terms as a second sheet of paper because, well, TeamWorks doesn't know about them, obviously. Could we pretty please get the ability to include as an additional attachment (less than ideal) or as an add-on page to the auto-generated PDF (ideal) a PDF file of our own?
In case I'm not alone in this feature request: In the interim, our workaround has been to "Print" the estimate/RO/Invoice to a PDF file and then use free PDF software to tack on our PDF the the end of the one created by TeamWorks. Then we manually email it. Tedious and not workable in the long-term. Another alternative short-term workaround could be to just add an additional attachment manually that is the PDF of our additional terms page.
