Update

Post by brianp87 »

So I tried to do my update on my host computer. I got the following errors. Should I be concerned?

If it's not completing, You'd check in with support while they're still open.

It was weird that it said the workstation updated when I was on the host. I think they have it dialed in.

It's not an error to be concerned with, but does require support. We simply need to confirm your SE Connection service agent is up-to-date before applying the database changes in the new Manager version. As for the reference to the workstation vs host, it's a holdover from when we used to divide those into separate installation components. Can be a tad confusing, but technically the host is a host and a workstation.
