Folks, we added a message to the Manager SE splash screen overnight regarding a recent Microsoft Windows Update (WIN 8 &10 PCs) that impacts printing. Once the specific Windows update (update numbers included in our knowledgebase article) is rolled back (uninstalled), printing is normal once again. Tech support hold times are decent if you want to call in, or you may use the KB article yourself.
It's fairly simple but you may want help with it.
