WIP Columns Order?
WIP Columns Order?
The columns in my Work In Progress screen are not retaining the positions I put them in. I am using my own profile and have even tried saving them with all other workstations closed.

Re: Work in progress column order
There has been an issue with the ORDER screen columns identified in another thread not retaining. Which version of Manager would be helpful. Which columns aren't retaining? I just tried and the ones I moved stayed. Is this after moving away from the screen or shutting down?

Re: Work in progress column order
I am using 6.6.8. The columns I am having trouble with is the vehicle column, I think. I have moved the telephone columns to rearrange them to my liking, but after shutting ShopKey down and restarting, the columns are reverting back to their original position. As long as ShopKey is running, the columns are staying where I put them.

Re: WIP Columns Order?
OK. I can replicate this by moving the vehicle column running 6.6.9. This may be related to the other column sorting issue as it is not all columns and it's not every placement. There are some locations I can move the vehicle column and it stays, others it reverts.
As with any sticky function, remember to have users set up, make sure each user is active on only one computer, reboot when you have issues. Looks like this is an actual issue.

Re: WIP Columns Order?
I believe it is an actual issue. I have two users set up, one for me and one for my boss. I am the primary user on the main system and it shows my name in the right lower corner of ShopKey.

Our system as well. Running 6.6.9. Columns affected seem to be License, Color, and Promise Date...funny to see them pop up where they choose every time we start the software!

Re: WIP Columns Order?
The column ordering issue has been addressed in the 6.6.10 update. It is available for manual download here. http://www.m1faqs.com/fix/SE/index.htm (Top of the page).
