Vendor Phone Number Missing On PO's

We are having an issue where some phone numbers are not filling in on PO's where there is a phone number stored in the vendor record. Below is an example.

We have not been able to determine any cause; it appears random so far.

Hi Ric, I sent this to development. There was this fixed issue that may have some 'spillover' <<"When attempting to delete a phone number from a Customer Telephone list in 7.0.1.94, the hyphens are leftover, and attempting to save gives the message the number must be in the mask format (###-###-####). This leaves a customer unable to delete phone numbers. >>
