Delete Phone numbers?

Post by SturgisAutoClinic »

We used to use Alldata and imported our customer base into Mitchell 1. We also have Bolton Technology's texting program now so I need to have the customers cell phone number on the cellular line. I got them all changed but I can't figure out how to delete the cell number from the home line. It keeps telling my the number must be formatted?

Have you tried inputting all zeroes?

This problem has been discussed before. It appears that users experiencing this need to leave the zeroes in order to successfully 'delete' a number.

Try just adding a single number to the phone # field then get out of the field then delete that phone entry.
