Seem to be stuck at 7.0.18. Had a few cars now that VIN's won't decode. Tried doing the Help-Check for Updates, but it says no updates available. Anything I need to do?

Call in and ask to be put on the next batch of updates.

I called in yesterday and Michell said 7.0.18 was the latest unless you need support for trucks. Apparently that's the only change from 7.0.18.

They pace the updates out, so if something has an issue tech support doesn't get over run.

We are on 6.6.14, and in no hurry to go to 7.0

We are trying to keep the number of times you need to update to a minimum. 7.1.2 is essentially the same as 7.1.4 which has a fix for SocialCRM customers. While we contacted those SE/SCRM users to get it, there is no point in bugging you to do 7.1.4, since it doesn't change anything you need and 7.1.6 (the big one) is coming out shortly. (tech support has it, M1 reps got it today, sneak peek shops by the end of the week) Once the SE 7.1.6 initial feedback comes back good over the next week or two, we go wider and even offer it to SE 6.6 shops.

The goal is to re-unite all SE users back into one timeline. We apologize for any confusion and invite anyone wanting to be upgraded in the meantime to call and find out which update is best for your situation.

NOTE: The HELP - Check for Updates option is used by tech support to trigger off known updates; it is not really a user tool for shops to check with the update server.

Ey, sorry, didn't mean to start a riot over updates and version numbers. Everything works fine on my end, was just missing to VIN decodes, no biggie
