Error Message
I am trying to delete a duplicate customer and keep getting the following message: Error: connection to the data base has failed. The server may be shutdown or your network connection may not be active. Please correct the problem and restart the application. My computer is the host for Mitchell. I rebooted my computer but that didn't help. Any ideas how to correct this?

Re: Error Message
That kind of error is likely beyond the scope of this forum. I'd seek the advice of support to get you squared away. 1-888-724-6742

Re: Error Message
Made the call to Tech Support, ends up this customer was in the schedule, but back in January with an open order. Had to delete him from the schedule before I could delete him from the customer bank. Just in case anyone else runs into this. Thanks again Tech Support, you never ever fail me!

Re: Error Message
If you have the schedule release, you should also have the 7.0.7 update. The issue you reported here has been addressed in that build (you should also be prompted to delete the appointment for the customer).

Re: Error Message
I haven't received the update yet, but Tech support showed me how to manually update. Just waiting for a "quiet" time to do that so I don't upset too many people.
