We did an oil change on a customers explorer a week ago, new vehicle. Customer called today to ask a question about it and the vehicle does not show up under the customer screen. If I go to any one of his vehicles history and show history for customer it shows the explorer oil change. Any idea what happened?
It shows the license plate on the history invoice but if I search for the plate the vehicle doesn't show up

Possibly a database issue. Certainly beyond the scope of what we can do here. I suggest a call to tech support to sort it out.
