Is the crm department open during this time? I emailed my rep a few hours ago and it dawned on me they may be gone.

Yes they are. I've been in contact with my agent a lot over the past week. They are working from home so sometimes the call is scratchy, but otherwise they are there!

Keep in mind they are working from home; should be okay possibly shorthanded for a bit as they adjust.

I called after not hearing back and got my agent.

Does anyone know is the crm manager? My agent keeps changing and they seem to not know what is really going on. There response is call support. Support is not for the crm just management program.
