Parts Cost Report?

I need a report that I can select any given date to date and see what I spent on the parts. Is there something like that?

Are you referring to cost of ALL parts sold for a given date range or history on a single part number?

Parts Sales by Vendor will give you a total for ALL.

The cost of all parts bought for say... last week at MY COST.

The report I referred to will give you the cost of parts SOLD (ie: closed invoices). If you had some open invoices or inventory purchases, those purchases would not show up there.

If you need cost of parts PURCHASED and you're using Purchase Orders, you can run the Purchase Orders-Closed Summary report. It doesn't total, but would be relatively easy to do on a desk calculator.

Are you running an accounting program along side Manager? Typically I'd get the data you seek from there.
