Faxing Questions

I want to fax out of Service Writer to send invoices to extended warranty companies. I have been in Configurations > Reports/Printers and I see where I can assign a "Fax Machine" to it. Question is what are my options if any to send this to say a VOIP account fax?

You'll need something that installs a fax printer driver option. VOIP faxing should be fine, as long as you have a software application for faxing that creates a selectable print option.

Makes sense. I am trying to get Vonage to answer me on this. Does anybody here have VOIP experience at their shop? If so could you guys recommend anyone?

I actually have a Fax machine that has Fax To PC option, where I Fax right from there. If there is no Fax option when you click print instead of using the actual printer to print it there is a PC-Fax option and then when I do that it gives me the option to enter the phone number and cover page right on the computer.
