List Of Customers With NO Email Address?

Now that we are using CRM, we have discovered that our customers are getting our "Previously Recommended" notices via email. CRM will not send US mail postcards to any campaign except Scheduled Maintenance Notices. There is a portion of our database that has no email or does not want use it (older gen). Is there any way of printing the list of those so we can use the Follow-up mail system in SE to market those? I don't see anything available in Bolt-On either.

Dan,

If you have excel or an office equivalent software, you can use the mail merge function for this. Under your Follow-up reports choose mail merge. Pick a reasonable history interval to encompass the customers you care about. It will export to a .csv file. You can then use a excel to import the csv into a spreadsheet. You can then sort/filter for email address values.
