Tech Name No Longer Printing On Invoice? FIXED

Good morning,

Since our most recent update to 7.2.5, one item that is helpful to us has stopped showing up. It used to be that when we printed an invoice, both new and history, both the service writer's name and the technician's name were in the footer area of the invoice. Now it only shows service writer in that area. We print history invoices for our service manager when a vehicle comes in, and it is very helpful for him to be able to just look at the printed history and see who worked on the vehicle last. Now he has to go back to his computer and look it up in Mitchell, whereas it used to just be on the bottom of the printed copy. I did not see anything in Mitchell setup for this particular thing. Is there a fix for this that anyone knows of? Thanks in advance.

I do believe there was another thread that mentioned this. I also believe that JD posted a link to the fix. Let me look and see if I can find it for you.

Shut Manager down, got to http://www.m1faqs.com/fix/SE/index.htm , download file on Line #80. Execute at each workstation. Tech has been re-added to bottom footer on regular invoices, WI invoice corrects printing with part numbers, and Customer last in by date with phone numbers. THIS UPDATE IS ONLY FOR 7.2 and GREATER

Thanks a bunch, that was exactly what we needed. I did try and search for this but apparently wasn't using the correct search terms to find the thread.
