Printing History w/o Part Numbers and Prices?

Hello

Wondering if there is a way to print a customer's history report without the part numbers and "price" showing up. The price is different than what we charged them, I seems to just be double the amount of our cost entered in.

I saw a previous thread about Notes showing up, but that appears to have been fixed. Also, recommendations to print each all individual invoices but that can be a hassle with some vehicles.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'customer history report'. If you mean Customer and Vehicle report either printed directly from the history screen or selected with a date range from the report menu, those are static and not generally modifiable.

I am concerned about the statement "The price is different than what we charged them". This should not be and is not considered normal. I think you need to answer this question first. I've never encountered this scenario here at the shop.

The "double what the cost is" sounds like a 100% markup setting?
