Search In Scheduler

Is there a way to search the scheduler for a customer that already has an appointment set? I.E. If a customer calls in and asks what day their appointment is can we search the scheduler for their name and find the day?

The scheduler, in it's current configuration, doesn't lend itself to searching.

Think of the scheduler more of a window into created Estimates/RO's etc. And while you can create manual entries, it's tidier to create an Estimate for each scheduled event, Once you create those Estimates, then you can search the WIP screen and accomplish the same thing.

The Scheduler is due for an overhaul where you'll likely see some robust features.
