Technician Pay Hours vs Productivity Report

Here is my story I'm hoping someone will tell me if I've missed a setting. A technician tells me I shorted him 18 hours, so I look up the invoice and find that the charged hours are assigned the pay hours are assigned and the actual hours assigned. When I run my Tech Pay Hours report the invoice doesn't show up. Therefore I ran Tech Productivity and it's all there. I then ran Tech Hours and found it also...So am I missing something??

What date range did you use for the report and what was the posted date of the invoice in question? If the Invoice was posted outside the range it won't show.

Yes, I verified my date window on each report before I posted here...

Well, It sounds like everything is in place. If your Invoice posted date falls within the date range of the report, it should show in the report. The assigned technician for those hours is correct, yes? I know - dumb question but I have to ask.

It looks like you didn't miss anything. Contact support to see why this invoice is not part of the report.
