Reporting on Market

In the customer tab, there is a market button where you can setup different marketing groups such as male, female, AARP member, etc. How do I get reporting on these groups? I would like to download them to a CSV so they can be sorted.

If you'd like to report back on that data, make certain you setup the Referral side of the Market data. Use it on the Referred By: drop-down box on the Customer tab. Then you can run a report. Under the Reports > Management tab, Referral-Marketing will then list these customers and their addresses. Then the report can be exported to .CSV.

We do use the referral feature. I would really like to use the group marketing feature we can really target who we want IE:
Female
AAA Member
Senior citizen
Etc.

I can't figure out why Mitchell would let you setup 7 different marketing groups if you can't get reporting on them?
