Setup for invoice not to post unless a tech is on the ro

Hey folks. Using 6.5 and I am having a hard time figuring out how to prevent an RO from posting if there is not a technician assigned, and or writer assigned. If anyone can help me. I would greatly appreciate it.

There are no warnings for Posting, only Printing an Invoice. With the following selected, you'll get a warning during the Print stage.

Yeah...I checked those first and they are already cked, and it still allows a print to go through with out a warning

I have not heard of any issues regarding this feature. What exact version are you on? 6.5.??

I should reiterate. the message comes up with sometimes 3 different messages, like estimate is not the same as invoice and , no lic plate number. I was hoping for a message that would pop up by itself. to stop my writers from just bypassing that message...but I am seeing that it is not possible right now. Thanks.
