Customer Pricing At Cost?

Is there a way to bill out a customer at cost without manual override? We have several other different locations and these location get to buy the parts at cost. The owners also purchase the parts at cost. I do not see a way in the system to do this without manual override and the clerks having to remember which customers get the cost price. Please advise.

As billing at cost is fairly uncommon, there is no provision in the software to accommodate it. I'm afraid it is a manual affair.
