Starting a new RO now starts as estimate

Post by Heidi5 »

Before the last update all of my new repair orders started as just that...ROs now they start as estimates which means no RO/Invoice # yet. I realize I just have to click the validation button 1 more time but it is annoying. Is there a "Setting" I can change to put this back to where it was?

It is a sticky setting. when you start the new ro/est. click the one you want. the next one you open will remember the last choice made.

Thank you so much, I knew there was an easy fix. Now that I see it I remember doing that after other updates too.

Thank you for your help

those little boxes can be a pain. some of them are hidden, with good reason, and if you aren't in the right place at the right time they are not there. You know right where they are, you go there, and there they aren't! UGH
