DME Marketing For Goodyear?

Does anybody communicate there sell out data to Goodyear. Goodyear is using a company called DME Marketing. They are able to extract tire sales out of other management systems. Has anyone used them with there Mitchell Manager systems? The reason we are asking is that The marketing company said they cant pull it out of Mitchell! Help!!!!!!

DME was hired by Goodyear to mine the data from Mitchell Manager to report tire sales. DME was evidently unable to do the job due to lack of technical expertise. We do have an addon product called ProPack; specifically Report Pro that will auto generate and send that report.
