When I Click History Item the window opens in small window, is there a way to have it open full screen?

I believe you're referring to the History Detail window? That is a fixed size at this time. We are replacing dialog screens & windows in the program as we go along and haven't gotten to that one just yet.
On the other hand if you press F4 (Utilities - Find History) you can see some of the new handy work.
This one is still a fixed size but now has sort/search options and more columns of data with a new Save Search option.
