Tire Fees

Good morning! I need some help. I'm new to selling tires on shopkey and need help to find how to check the tire fees usage. I have to fill out a tax form for the state of OK and need to know how many tires we have sold. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am unclear as to exactly what you are looking for. A report on tires sold or a report on the fees?

Welcome to the Forum!

There are a number of ways to accomplish this. If you use PO's and get your tires from a single vendor, you can run the Part Sales by Vendor report. Date range this to your liking and you get the tires you sold.

I set up a GL code in Mitchell as well as QB.. "florida tire fee". Now I can look it up in an instant..Reports..Revenue by GL code.

Thanks for the info guys. I think I just put my tires in inventory wrong so I will try to fix that and maybe be able to get it fixed that way.
