Extracting Database

Post by miteygirl »

Prior to SE I was able to easily extract and disect the information I needed to do a mailing. Now I see no way to get that information. I have read through the forum, asked my rep, sent multiple e-mails to no avail. I all want is the ability to extract the following fields into an excel format so I can then disect the database to my target market:

Customer's name, address, city, state, zip, follow up, first date in, last date in, year to date spent, lifetime spent and on occassion pulling in a phone number or an e-mail.

Go to Reports - Follow Up - *MM Create Data Export File. Go across the tabs refining the selection of customers you want then hit Print at the end. You will be saving a .CSV file which will open in Excel. Call me at 618-833-2528 or PM me if you need more help.
