exporting 6.4 to excel

I have followed the steps to export to excel from the shop management SE6.x instructions however the table is not complete. The customers name is in one table, their address in another and the phone number in yet another table. There does not seem to be an Id that can be connected with all three tables. I want to have an excel spread sheet that has the fields of Customer's names, address, phone numbers, last visit, etc. all in one table. I have been working with tech support for three days to no avail. They say they do not support me getting my database out of the Mitchel program. Yet the directions are on the managerforum.net. I am very frustrated since it is MY database held hostage. I have had my Mitchel rep connect me with the "Pro pack rep". This is a 29.00 a month fee for my own database and it is still not complete. The download tech from "pro pack" could not retrieve my database either. He said he would follow up tomorrow. Since last Wednesday and 20 hours of run around I've had no one that can help me. I'm very frustrated since I want to send out a voice broadcast and my database is being withheld. Is there anyone out there that can resolve this issue?

Stand by for new Export to Excel instructions that we are working out now. The instructions didn't include full query steps to get all the information you want from various tables. Just need another day to finish it up (put text steps to screen captures already made) and then it will replace the existing documentation. This was an error on my part because the SQL hookup as datasource was so much simpler that is what I used instead of the fully query method.

Help is on the way.

The updated Manager SE 6.4 Export to Excel document was emailed to autotronics repair yesterday and the Knowledgebase article was updated this morning.
