Part Number On Invoice
At the risk of exposing my ignorance, I am wondering what to do so I can see the part number on my customer invoice I give to them? Currently I only see a part description and I want to be able to see the part number.

You may change the INV template in Configurations > Reports/Printers.
There are a variety of INV templates available with different presentations of data. Since 'w/o Part' #s or 'w/o PNs' called out specifically, you may assume other templates include part numbers.
