PARTS ORDERED TAGS
PARTS ORDERED TAGS
We can NOT tell whether or not we have ordered a part. We have to clear tags to order additional parts. This is very FRUSTRATING!! We end up calling O'reilly's to check if we have ordered. There has to be an easier way, We waste alot of time doing this & TIME IS MONEY !!!

Re: PARTS ORDERED TAGS
Not sure exactly why but when I'm on a order and open the order window the only time I have to clear checked boxes is on multiple supplier issues. If there are parts from Car Quest and World pac I have to change my supplier window, clear checked boxes from others and order. May take an extra 10 or 15 seconds. Once a part has been ordered it never appears in the order screen again.
never argue with a fool, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

Re: PARTS ORDERED TAGS
I use NAPA ProLink most of the time and after ordering the parts, they stay listed in the parts ordering screen. This has been reported and Tim has brought the issue to support. Hope to hear something soon.
Re: PARTS ORDERED TAGS
If the ordered parts are displaying in the parts ordering screen on the next visit this may be because your are using Manager
ManagerPlus should not have this issue.
Select Help, Activate and look under Active Products and that will tell you which product you are using.
