Good Morning.
We have been looking for a new pro link catalog for Canada for some time now. 3 months more have passed since we last inquired on the topic.
I find my current Napa prolink is having many errors and missing pricing now more than ever, and quite frankly am getting quite frustrated, to put it nicely.
We are a Napa Autocare shop and depend on this info being quickly available through the Mitchell /catalog feature in Manager. Copying the info from the online prolink to each part line takes a lot of time. Copying the part number to the prolink in manager gives no proper pricing anymore. Please. Can someone get something happening for us? I find it baffling that such a big company as NAPA can't get it together to get this sorted out with Mitchell.
I know I'm not the only one frustrated with this...

I am not sure if this will help but we have had times where the pricing or the stock numbers wont show up when looking in the napa catalog and all I have done is called my napa store told them and they were able to fix it on there end. Not sure if thats the same issue you are having...

Napa Canada is and has been working with a developer to provide Mitchell with an updated catalog plug in for Manager SE (v 6.x). As I understand the developer has not yet begun that work for Napa. I will forward your email to my contact at NAPA so they understand our mutual customers are becoming anxious.
