Catalog Issues

Not sure if I am seeing this right but in Oreilly and Napa I can not look up a manifold. However I can interchange a number and find a manifold in stock in store. I have found this with several parts. This is just the one I decided to ask why. Where do I turn next.?

That's unusual. I'm not seeing any issue finding them. Any particular vehicle you have an example for?

Interesting. It looks like the reason it's not matching is Dorman maps that manifold for 2000-2014 Ford; not the 2019. They also make the NAPA option, so same mapping from First Call or NAPA.

I hope it turned out to be the right part for you!

It is the correct part. Just wanted to figure out who to talk to, to get the issue fixed.

I've passed it along to a contact at O'Reilly. Hopefully they can work with Dorman to square it away from here.
