Security Access to Parts Ordering

Parts ordering does not appear to be a protected field or option to limit access to users. I am trying to limit access to parts ordering and can seem to find a way to do so. Is there a current option that I am not aware of?

Currently we do not have the parts ordering option in our Program Security area. I can add this to our enhancement request list for something in a future update.
